Working with SatGate

Please read the rules and conditions of cooperation with SatGate:

• SatGate keeps the right to change and/or add the content of this Internet site including information about the conditions and costs of the services.
• SatGate keeps the right to change or remove the information posted on this Internet site by the third party. 
• While registering on this site, the client (dealer) guarantees that all provided data is valid and realistic. In the case of deliberate provision of false information SatGate keeps the right to refuse the client’s (dealer’s) registration and provision of the Internet services.
• SatGate guarantees security and confidentiality of the registration data provided by the client (dealer).
• Client (dealer) takes full responsibility for the nondisclosure of the registration and access information obtained from SatGate. Client (dealer) also carries responsibility for the operations of the third party who use the obtained records and access information for the authorization on the SatGate Internet site.
• Client (dealer) is obliged to inform SatGate about any unsanctioned use of the registration or access information provided as well as a loss or theft of the mentioned data (including in case of a suspicion of the above facts).
• Client (dealer) carries out responsibility to pay all taxes and duties stated by the legislation of the country in which the client resides and/or operates.
• Client (dealer) is responsible to obtain all needed permissions and licenses in order to sell satellite Internet services in the country where the client resides and/or operates.
• SatGate is not responsible for any damage, including but not limited to data, income or profits lost by the client (dealer) even in cases when the client (dealer) had reported about the possibility of such losses or damages.
• SatGate is not responsible for any activity performed by any client (dealer) who in any way violates the current legislation of the country of residence and/or operation.
• SatGate does not carry out any responsibility for the damage caused by any action or absence of it by any third party in relation to the satellite Internet services provision and/or the equipment which belongs to the client (dealer) as well as for any damage caused by the careless actions of the client (dealer).
• SatGate responsibility is limited to the satellite Internet service provision to the client (dealer) and in no way SatGate should be considered responsible for the content of the information sent and/or received by the client.
• SatGate keeps the right to make changes in the technical specifications of the services provided. The client is to be informed prior to the implementation of any of such changes.
• SatGate is not responsible for the insufficient quality of the services provided in case the client (dealer) does not possess the needed equipment, competent operating personnel and properly functioning Earth station(s).
• SatGate does not carry out any responsibility for the unsanctioned access to the equipment or the software of a client (dealer) by the third party which damaged the possibility of the client to receive downlink or uplink satellite Internet services from SatGate.
• Client (dealer) takes responsibility to keep in secret all the commercial and technical information which has been obtained from SatGate within the framework of the collaboration and characterized as confidential.
