SatGate Teleport

SatGate Teleport is based in Lithuania and is interconnected via fiber network which enables delivery of permanent, as well as ad-hoc service from SatGate Teleport and provide customers with cost-effective solutions. At the Teleport we will provide you with qualified maintenance and technical support, 24/7/365 monitoring, Uninterruptible Power Supply, Air-conditioning and premises for co-location of necessary equipment.

TV Signal distribution via SatGate connectivity network

SatGate is running its own CWDM Metro fiber ring and 5 Gbps MPLS IP-backbone in Vilnius and on POP in Sweden, located at TeleCity Redbus facility (www.telecitygroup.se). Metro ring is redundant on fiber strand level with CWDM providing additional redundancy via clockwise signal transmission with ability of reception at every POP. MPLS network is capable to carry video, voice and data while keeping strict Quality of Service requirements for the content.

The POP at Telecity Redbus, Stockholm is a part of SatGate MPLS network. It creates the opportunity to use abilities of third-party networks which are present on TeleCity for content delivery. At the moment there are about 50 telco carriers represented at TeleCity, including most of the 1st-tier telecommunication companies in the world. Via Telecity and Telia Sonera network in Stockholm, with using of TEO, Linxtelecom circuits in Vilnius and Turnaround services on other satellites operated, SatGate is able to provide its customers with fast and effective solutions for Contribution and Up-linking of TV from almost every place in the world.
